Is it me?

My Thetford fridge developed a fault whilst my wife and I were down in southern  spain in our Bessacarr motorhome; I tried three times to contact Thetford  via email for help and advice, with no success. On return to the UK we contaced our local caravan repair shop, they informed me It might take a long time to obtain advice as they also have trouble contacting Thetford,I am still waiting for a reply, there web site promises a return answer in 4 days,  What do I do?

do other people have similar experienes as me
