cleaning times

Just returned from Kendal caravan club site and pleased to see the cleaning times of the toilet blocks now between 2pm and 4pm. Beat the rush in the morning  no, queues , even though the site was full, and a more leisurely approach to the day , Whilst I appreciate the demands on the wardens ,on some sites  the toilet blocks are closing as early as  10.30. Is this something that is to be implemented across the network or is it unique to this one site
