Just started a two month holiday in France the first site we stayed on the pump housing developed a leak i tried to repair it without success.Telephoned the red pennant help line at 10.00am on Tuesday they had a new part sent out by courier and i received it Wednesday afternoon.Thats what i call service.Many thanks Alan & Sandra
