manorfarm interlaken is site open all year and out of season they take touring cheques  ( £12.95 per night ) . we do not ski but we take our tobbogans and the 5 mile runs at grindelwald are brilliant. the scenery is fantastic in both winter and summer and is very good for walking ,there are trains, buses and cable cars that take you up up and away . sitting outside an alpine restaurant in the snow sharing a cheese fondue with the one you love is a meal you never forget,(washed down with local beer called rugenbrau of course.). one year we had xmas lunch in the revolving restaurant at schilthorn, all you can see is white mountain tops........... can,t wait to do it again another year ........... if anyone wants to try it and want any tips on what to do and where to go get in touch on this forum  try it you won,t be dissapointed...................
