We have just had 3 great weeks in Torquay with the South staffs centre holiday rally. While we were there the clutch on our Kia Sedona failed I contacted Green flag and they got someone to come and have a look at it but could not repair it. We could not get it repaired before we were due to come home. Green flag agreed to take us home that was 390 miles. They were to pick us up at 9-oclock on Sunday at 10-oclock they had not arrived I contacted them and they apologised and tolled me they had made a mistake and we had not been booked into the system . They very quickly arranged to pick us up within the hour and they did. The first recovery truck took us to Taunton Dean services where the second truck was waiting for us ever thing went like clockwork after the first hiccup. Both drivers were very good drivers and very polite and gave us a very pleasant journey home saying tell me if you need a stop. I would like to thank green flag for the very good service they gave us even though it got off to a slow start , We would fully recommend Green flag and will continue to be a member but we do hope we don’t need them again. Once again a big thanks to Green flag.

Hi all I made a mistake with the milage it was 290 and not 390. Just a point of interest the clutch repair cost  £2700 and thats not a mistake. Ouch!  Luckily it may be under warranty as something broke.

Sorry a bit slow to respond I had no trouble getting the money back as we were not charges in the first place Due to something breaking it was covered by the warranty. Thankfully.
