While I do not wish to teach anyone to suck eggs. I feel this info may be of interest to any newcomer, considering buying a second hand caravan.

Try to establish if the seller has ever used a jet wash to clean.it in the past.

The very high water pressure from a jet wash will open the seals on the aluminium panels.The corking will be blasted from the joints and water will be injected into the wooden frame.

A few years ago I bought one of these caravans and within a very short time it rotted and fell apart..
