From a disabled persons point of view, ( if you're not disabled in anyway, read no further ).well everyones posting comments about their views and experiences so I thought I would speak up about the sites I have visited for better or worse, starting with;

FOLKESTONE The Black Horse Farm, Densole.

As most people know Folkestone is used as a debarcation point by anyone who is traveling abroad or arriving from abroad come to that and gets very busy most of the year so booking is advised well in advance, I know this now, of course on the day I didn’t know it, still I guess I was lucky to be able to get a placement, or was I.

If you are going to Folkestone CC ( not abroad ) for a holiday in a Motorhome and you don’t have a car or motorbike on the back or an ebike you are in for a lot of hassle, the site is a few miles from the town centre so you would need to pack up your gear every time and drive there, the site itself is a well kept, clean and friendly site as are most of the CC sites I have been to, but not my first choice as a leisurely relaxing venue, there is also a very busy road outside and you need your wits about you to cross it.

There are a lot of attractions of course like it’s only a short distance from Canterbuy, Ashford, Dover, not forgetting local attractions, The Leas, The Pier, The Battle of Britain Museum etc,but unless you enjoy spending your hard earned cash on taxis, forget it.

There’s not much else to say really.

Points out of ten, FIVE for CC site.
