Think I’ve got everything, hang on, hang on, forgot me itinerary list, right let’s try again, The basic things you need and the must have items as well, I’m sure most of us go through this especially at the beginning of a new season, here is an example of the things I have before I hit the road as they say, ( I’d skip this section and scroll to the bottom if I were you, it’s about as exciting as watching paint dry ).

 

KEYS, Ignition keys, including wheel clamp keys, glove compartment keys, e-bike keys, door keys, gas bottle compartment keys

DOGS, leads, dog food, dog bowls, dog treats, toys, safety belts, dog coats. dog medication etc

IMPORTANT OBJECTS, Guitar, plectrums and case, Sat / Nav, Mifi for Wifi broadband unit, mobile phones ( one for emergency incase I lose one ) Ipad, TV and remote control, DVD’s batteries, chargers for all, adaptors, charging leads, electric and gas kettles

E-BIKE, folded and secured to bedpost, helmet and cover for rain, front and rear lamps, fluorescent jacket, saddle bag, with tools, green slime for tyres, tyre gauge, pump, lock and cable

FOOD, coffee, tea, sugar, tinned food ie. stews, potatoes, peas, fruit, dried milk, fresh milk, marg, bread, beer, bottle of wine and glasses, biscuits, plates, cups, cutlery, tin opener, pots and pans.

DETERGENTS, Drain cleaner, blue loo cleaner, fresh water cleaner, bottle of coke for waste cleaner, washing up liquid

MUST HAVES, RAC Membership card, Caravan Club card, Camping and Caravaning card, Bank cards, Site confirmation sheet, phone numbers.

BEDDING, Duvet, pillows and covers, ( should last a month or two before washing ).

CLOTHING, Jackets, trousers, shorts, undies, socks, caps, waterproofs

PORCH, Pegs and wind restrainer rope, mallet. spare gas bottles and camping stove, for

EMERGENCY ITEMS, First Aid Kit, spare gas bottles and camping stove, 240v Fluorescent tube, torches, lamps, Hazard triangle.

 

I’m sure i’ve forgotten something, lol, I’m glad I’m single what would I do if I had a partner ?

 

Oh it’s started raining, think i’ll stay at home. grrrrrrr

    I bet the IMPORTANT OBJECTS would vary a bit for all of us! Nice story!
