Cartoon (3rd attempt to download it!

Hello all.

I have tried several times to include a cartoon which I thought might amuse - particularly our older member.  However,  the picture does not appear on the site. 

If I am succesful this time I should add that the cartoon was inspired by a recent photo in the magazine of a small caravan being towed by a mobility scooter.
