Lunar spares

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post but the top roller on the sliding door to out bathroom broke - it's a 2004 Lunar Clubman 475. I rang three Lunar dealers, one said they couldn't get the part the other two didn't get back to me. I rang Lunar. They said they had difficulty in locating the roller and couldn't help and suggested an Internet site who also couldn't help. On our last weekend away I diverted via Swindon Caravans at Greatfield. I had to wait a little while but eventually "Rob" from the workshop appeared with two in his hand and asked "Is this what you want, I'm afraid they are £2.50 each"
