damp in new swift caravans

we bought new swift caravan in 2012, had teething probs from start but turned into major with-in 10 months, 50 percent damp, returned to dealer who stripped out one side of van to dry and replace inner wall board, van came back with outer sides rippling and bulging, got onto swift the person i spoke to would not let me get past her to speak to any one with authority, once swift has got your money they dont give a dam, ime affreid to say the van i bought new was & is nothing but a reject, i would like to inform any-one who may be considering buying a swift caravan to THINK AGAIN, swift group has no feelings for any-one but themselfs, exsperts at fobing you off & quoting the law which is in there favore,
