Caravan wheel bolts

I am sure somewhere on this site I have seen this post in the dark past but cannot find it, so here goes once again. I have alloy wheels on my van and a steel spare wheel in my carrier. If I have to change a wheel for the spare can I still use the original bolts or do i have to buy some steel bolts, and are these torqued like the alloy wheel. If so where do you buy these bolts from.
