Hello, We would like to thanks two of the site wardens for their help and concern, my husband Johnhad an accident when we were at troutbeck head site on the last week in June, he slashed his hand fitting the storm strap on awning, on the 4th day  of our holiday, it was a really deep deep gash, I could see the tendons etc, we went to the wardens, and asked for a first aid rep, Steve and his wife helped us, steve took my husband to penrith A&E and stayed with him, as I don't drive, my husband was then transfered to Carlise General, he told steve to go home as he was told at the Penrith A&E that he may need surgery as tendons looked damaged they we badly bruised, but my husband had to stay overnight, as I could not leave my dogs alone. It was a really traumatic time, Steve and his wife were so so helpful and very very kind, and they also did  shopping for us as my husband was not allowed to drive, we can't thank them enough as they went way beyond the normal excellent customer service, without their help I would have been a jibbering wreck. Please recognise their help and support I think they deserve a medal.

Thankyou so so much

Angie and John Chrisp
