Full marks to Purpleline (Enduro Mover)

I purchased & fitted a Purpleline Enduro mover to my new  c/van in Feb 2012 & noticed the communication between handset & control unit was becoming less positive recently. I duly telephoned Purpleline for advice on the 8 july & was asked to send back to them both the handset & control box to be checked over The following day I received a call to confirm that there was a fault & that they would replace the items under warranty rather than repair  .A further call was received yesterday to advise the parts were being depatched by 24 hr courier & hey presto the replacements were received by me today the 11 July.    A surely great,no quibble service which I felt deserved being presented to the greater caravanning fratenity & I for one would have no hesitation in purchasing their products in future.

So easy to grumble when things go wrong but lets give credit when well earned !!
