Mayday Recovery
I had the occasion to call for Green Flag to get my 10 month old Bailey 400/2 back to the dealer I bought it from (it developed a brake problem). I was pleasantly surprised at the service Green Flag gave. Firstly they were extremely courteous and helpful and reassured me they will get the caravan home. I must say I was in doubt to have this level of cover but having had to use it I would strongly advise anyone to have this for that peace of mind. Although there was a small problem in the time they arrived, as soon as I contacted them they despatched a vehicle immediately also said they were sending me a cheque for £10 as stated in the conditions of the cover. This has duly arrived. I couldn’t have expected a better service. Well-done Green Flag.
