Mould in Bailey Senator

We have a 2009 Senator California and have mould growing on the front window sill. The service has shown no damp present any where. Bailey have agreed to replace the sill which I and the dealer feel is a quick fix and not resolving the root cause of the problem. Having seen the same problem on other Senators on forecourts I would like to hear from anyone who has come across the same problem.
