Whats gone wrong

We recently decided to visit Scotland and stopped at the virtually new Strathclyde Country Park. It should be nice when they finish it !  but what a mess, most of the development money seems to have gone on the storage area which is pristine, the rest is a wilderness of scrub and dead or dying flowers. It could have been worse we could have been placed on the camping field which looks a little like a first world war battlefield,The constant traffic noise and pollution from several nearby roads cannot be good for health, we cancelled our second visit on the way back down from the highlands, it is definately a place to avoid, unless your are a petrol head.
