Atrocious service from dealer

I am loath to name and shame but I have had the misfortune to have my Bailey serviced and "repaired" by my local dealer.

O dear, the quality was absolutely disgusting and the the servicing staff weren't really interested. When asked if they were Baley trained, they wouldn't give me a definitive answer. Two tries to get it right and failed miserably both times

on talking to others, I seem to be among a lot of others including new van buyers Who are dissatisfied with their dealings.

after the grump I must compliment the shop floor staff?

my question is, should I name them?
