Spent last night at camping Villey-Le-Sec, just outside Toul on motorway to Nancy. Discovered a gem! A two star sight on the banks of the Moselle river, basic facilities and full last night with Dutch campers, we were only Brits on sight! Steep hill to negociated to approach and leave the site but so worth it. River is very wide a slow here, in it's valley surrounded by trees, a very beautiful spot for a night halt.

Realised on re-reading that my message may have sounded somewhat derogatory of the Dutch mentioning them in the sentence about two stars and basic facilities, not my intention at all, so sorry, wouldn't want to offend! Only that the Dutch know about this
site and it would seem that we don't!0
