New regulations

Twice now I have been informed by the club that my booking for an awning pitch has been changed to a non-awning pitch. Twice I have cancelled the booking and am now seriously considering cancelling my membership of the Caravan Club.
It seems to me, that as local regulations to pitch spacing have not changed, neither have fire regulations regarding the distance between caravans, that the club is just trying to squeeze as many caravans as possible into the space available. This is not good.
I would imagine that probably 80% of members use an awining whilst on site and that I may not be the only one considering transfering to the rival club
