Battery problem with Bailey Motorhome

Has anyone experienced both the van and leisure battery discharging .02 amps.  Everything is switched off.  After 2 - 3 weeks the van battery is completely flat.  It has been back to the retailer 3 times and they cannot find a problem.  They only seem to change the van battery which does not solve the problem.  I have contacted Baileys and they are no help whatsoever.
