Site reviews and warden appraisal

While searching the CC sites and deciding where to visit I find the reviews of sites helpful but I wonder why the scoring options do not include staff attitude etc. We sometimes write it within the review but it is not scored. As such it is fairly valueless in relation to warden(s) attitude and feedback appraisal for employees. I wonder if a more robust scoring is needed and will be interested in other member views.
