Sites location map.

Hi everybody
Can anyone tell me if they are having trouble receiving their sites location map.
I have received my handbook and the first two months magazines for 2013.
As yet I have not received a map.
I am a regular user of the CL sites and find the map more beneficial than looking for the sites on the online maps.
