Dogs on Leads Please!

I am a dog owner with two dogs and regularly visit Club sites. I am amazed at:-

1       How many dog owners feel that the rule ’Dogs must be kept on leads (no more than 3 M long) at all times’ does not apply to them.

2       People who walk their dogs around site on long extending leads letting their dogs wonder from pitch to pitch.

I have experienced one dog going for a wee on my water bottle whist being walked on an extending lead with the owner walking ahead and oblivious to what the dog was doing!

Please, please, please keep all dogs on leads and do not let them wonder onto any pitch other than your own.
