When is the club going to sort out the site booking service to give everyone a fair chance of all the sites?

 

This is the third year in a row, I’ve tried to book “ Rowntree Park,” York.  Only to find it’s totally booked, for every weekend, for the whole year.  I’ve tried every year on the morning of first day the booking office is open. This system doesn’t allow for the people who have no access to the Internet, and can only use the telephone at office times.

 

I would like to see a system that no member could book a site more than six months in advance with, no more than six separate site bookings in that period. Hopefully, this would give a bit more of a chance to everyone else.
