Where is our caravan cover ?

Hi Could anyone help us? is there anyone out there who has bought anything from The Caravan Cover Shop? We ordered a cover for our caravan on 25th Nov they said it would take 3 - 5 days it didn't arrive so we rang them just got an answerphone and no one has rung us back ( in all we have rung 8 times ) we have e mailed but nothing. We have been on google maps to look for the address and spotted a pub on the corner of the road and rang the pub and a very nice lady informed us that she had never heard of this company, so if anyone knows anythink we would like to hear if you every recieved your order. Oh and they did take the money from our account on 26th Nov. We are wondering if we will ever get our order.

    Well it is now 23days still havn't recieved our order we have emailed them that we would like a refund but nothing has happened we have discovered the company is in the USA . Hubby has given up he dosn't think we will see our order or the money. Not happy.

    same thing happening to us. Ordered 11th Dec , not here yet 3rd Jan. No answer to phone or email. Have just found similar complaints about caravan cover shop on other websites. Next we will tell our credit card company and trading standards.

    How do we warn other members?

    We order our carvan cover from pro tec at the carvan and motor home show nec birmingham back in October 2012 todate 06/01/13 we still have haven't received it no payment due until delivery at this rate it'll summer and we won't need it.... When they eventually
    contact me with regards to it being delivered will ask for discount due to late delivery.
