i just had to write and thank the call centre who have been the most helpful people today, of course you all know that it was booking day, my husband tried for nigh on 2hrs to get through to the centre, eventually he did, and although these girls and boys had had a very busy start to their day, they were most helpful, and nothing was to much trouble, to sort our dates out, i just want to say a big thank you, and well done on getting through your day.Happy
