we went to westpoint at exeter to have a look round the show

it cost £6 per person and went in we walked around the show looking for trade stands and we only seen 8 maxand some of them the price was of this planet the caravan wher mainly bailey and quasar there was two masive caravans there almost 9 meters in lengh motorhome really good selection on them and also holiday home was also a good selection if you like that sort of thing

BUT my main moan is how c##p the trade stands where or the lack of the consist of awning sales, satelite dishes  ,general camping equipment , ladder sales ,pwertouch mover, clothes stand and 2 campsites and save our wild life

overall i thought the show was very very poor not that much to look at trade stands where not that good very over priced on some items  in total we looked around the whole site in 45mins beacause there was  nothin to get into

So the camping /caravan shows have not improved

We bought a motor hoem in 2001 and went for the weekend to the York show to look for bits & bobs

We were in particular looking for an internal screen for the rear doors of our new van conversion. Just a sheet of insulated material approx 6ft by 6ft. We were quoted £80 of the screen and another £80 for the pattern (We made our own and some external covers
for the windscreen and cab doors for less then £40)

No awnings or suitable roof boxes.

We booked one month ahead but could not get tickets for the shows

We havent been to any other shows mch better to call in at a dealers or buy on line
