Disapointed

We went to one of our favorite sites Park Coppice. When we arrives we were informed that what we sees as the nicest part of the site was shut yet again, I was informed it was so they could concentrate on the main part of the site ?. This is the third consecutive time this has happened to us. I feel as a member paying good money that unless the are safety issues all areas of sites should be open for use. How do others feel about this.
