My Baily Senitor Radio works but no audio

I have a Baily Senitor 6 Wyoming 2yrs old. The radio/cd/dvd called Senitor has developed a fault, it switches on and everything works except there is no audio output.

Speakers and conections check out.  Has anyone out there had the same problem, if so how did you fix it
