NEW CARAVAN

For the last two years my wife and I and our three dogs have been enjoying our Venus 4 berth caravan.  We have had several holidays around the Devon and Somerset coast and thoroughly enjoyed them.  The only problem with the Venus was the seating area which we found to be quite small.  We were never looking for another caravan but on the 13th September this year my wife suggested we went to Winchester Caravans to look for a bin to go into the door of the Venus.  On arrival she spotted a Sprite Alpine 2 berth so we decided to investigate.  When we opened the door we both fell in love with it, the seating was just what we were looking for and the bathroom was amazing.  It gave us a lot more space and although we knew we would have to make the bed up every night this didn’t phase us.  You can guess the next move, yes we part exchanged our Venus for it.  Our first holiday was at Lytchett Manor in November and although the weather was very wet it didn’t matter as we could sit and read in comfort.  By this time we only had two dogs and they liked it as well.  Now we are down to one dog and I am sure that he and us will thoroughly enjoy our forthcoming holidays in our comfortable Sprite Alpine.

You are not the first, and I don't expect the last to pop in for a trinket and return with a much hefty bill than you thought it would be.  Enjoy.

Why is it that every time we go to buy something small we end up buying something big, this time it was a new car changing our Sportage for the latest model Sportage but a 4 wheel drive. This was due to taking our friends to the local garage as they wanted
a new Sportage and we ended up buying the latest model ourselves which will make towing our new caravan much easier with the bigger engine and four wheel drive.  We are looking forward to our next trip in April to Dulverton to try everything out.  Sadly we
are now down to 1 dog this year so that is going to seem very strange.
