We have recently returned from this year's big trip overseas.    Years ago I read that there was a campsite in the very far north of Norway, inside the Arctic Circle.   We had a tent at the time , so this would have been very cold!

So this year we actually did this trip in our motorhome.   We were away for over 10 weeks and did about 7000 miles!      We had a fantastic time and saw some beautiful scenery.     In all our time in Scandinavia we only saw 3 other British motorhomes.  

I have just finished our very extensive blog of the journey, mainly for us to look back on when we are too old to go motorhoming.    By the way, we are 66 and 67, so if we can wild camp, anyone can!   Have a look at it ,and I hope it inspires  a few more Brits to travel almost as far north as you can go:
