Just back from a trip to Cumbria (Grasmere) with the Cumbria Centre, a group of Cheshire Centre members met up for a suntastic long weekend sampling the local Gingerbread, the local sights and enjoying some spectacular walks.

As you can see from some of the pictures the scenery was absolutely fantastic, with spectacular views all around us, not sure I have seen a better location for such beauty.

The weekend started a little damp but soon cleared up with brilliant sunshine for most of the weekend and some dramatic views both in the mornings with the fog climbing the hill sides, and during the day with the sun shining across the hill tops through the day.

The children enjoyed running around playing games and were treated to an Easter egg hunt (Courtesy of the rally officers) and a surprise egg hunt around the Cheshire vans.

Not sure there is much else to say other than, I am sure we will be back next year! Thank you Cumbria Centre.

Oh and by the way, have you checked out our Celebration Rally yet? HERE

Smile What a great spot for a rally, I always go to the gingerbread shop when I'm up there.
