Are we scared to mix outside our own club?

I just got back from two nights at Uttoxeter Race course, great site and great wardens my Second, and defo not my last Visit!

As soon as we pulled around the corner there were A LOT more caravans than is usually there! At first i thought a center rally. But not! Too many confederate and US flags for that! No, a country and western festival. I know that sight a mile away, done many
with my folks when i was a kid.

We pitched up on the edge nearest their field (on purpose), even though we're fenced off.

Over the two days I noticed, despite two units at the front of the row, which I think had been there a few days we were the only ones in our row. As more and more CC members arrived they crammed them selfs into any space at the other side of the site, and
from what i've seen so far people usually like space, if they can find them selfs and emptyish bit with two or 3 empty plots they will, even though it was the damper side of the site too. We had the whole row to our selfs! Loads of room here folks! lol

Which got me wondering, are CC member scared of this alien, slightly odd looking lot? (they had to be 400+ Units in 3/4 Fields! Everyone displaying some kind of flag) I grew up around these guys they're the best behaved folks you'll find! Infact i went for
a wonder amongst them one evening, found a few old friends, still pushing the same 100 proof home brew 'shine that they were 10+ years ago when we used to roll with them. Innocent
