Bailey Plastic Badge

Just a quick one, anyone had any experience with the plastic badges on the front and rear of older Baileys that say "Ranger" (or other models) like in this pic at the top

I want to get on with tidying up the look of the 'van and these badges let it down, they're old plastic and wont clean. What i want to know is if they're just stuck on, or if they have little pegs to locate them into holes the 'van's body like some car badges.
I doubt they would have. But just so i know if i can remove them, i'll simply get stickers made at the same time i get new side graphics made.
