Non Caravan Club Broadband on Sites

I have previously used a "3" wifi dongle to access the internet at Leek and I seem to remember that it worked at Buxton as well.  I went  to Consiston, Kendal and Chirk last year but could not get any internet access at those sites with my dongle.  I am
thinking of changing my broadband to BT and wondered how many Caravan Club sites are BT "wifi hotspots" or do you have to pay for the Caravan Club Broadband to access the internet at most Caravan Club sites?
