Eldiss Autoquest 400 motorhome awning

I have just bought a 2004 Eldiss. I have never had a motorhome or caravan before so I am not very au fait with awnings.  I would like an easy to put up, free standing awning but the ones I have seen on the websites seem to have very mixed reviews!  I don't
want a particularly large one so a porch awning may suffice.  How do you know if a particular awning will fit as they seem to go by size and not by the type of motorhome?  Any suggestions thankfully received.
