Access to London by train, outside Emissions Zone

We're planning to go to the Mountbatten Festival of Music at the Albert Hall again in March to watch our Royal Marine bugler daughter perform.  We usually go to Abbey Wood but this year our motorhome is now too old to enter the Emission Zone without a hefty
cost.  Please can anyone reccomend a site of any kind which is outside the zone but is near to a station with regular trains?  The Royal Marine Band Service is celebrating 350 years of the Royal Marines this year, so it should be an extra-special series of
concerts!
