Alloy Wheels

Hello everybody, this is my first post, i'm a newbie who bought a 2004 Swift Charisma 540 last year and loved every minute of our first few trips last season!

Are car alloy wheels the same as caravan alloy wheels, as long as the stud pattern (PCD) is the same, is it ok to use car alloys on a caravan??
