Can't log in to Members Research Panel

I can not log in to th emembers research panel on my desktop PC.  But if I use my wifes lap top I can.

If I use my desktop PC, I log in to the CC web site, click my profile, click MRP, click MRP again, and wait for  apage to load.  When it does load I am asked for a user name amd password.  I try my details, but it doesn't work.  I try forgotten password,
but it says my user name does not exist.

If I use my wifes laptop, when I click on the second MRP button it loads staright away.

I presume there is some setting on my PC that will fix this but I cant find it.

I have Deleted User cookies, browsing history etc.

Any suggestions?
