Replacing a damaged rear corner steady

I need to replace a damaged rear corner steady.

Unfortunately, the nuts and bolts holding the steady to the underfloor have seized together and the bolt turns when a spanner is applied. Whilst I can remove the unit the bolts are unlikely to be re-useable.

My servicing chap is saying it may be necessary to get access to the top of the floor from inside the caravan in order to insert new bolts.

This would mean removing the Thetford Toilet Cassette Unit and maybe also the shower tray.

This seems somewhat excessive just to replace a corner steady.

Has anybody any experience in this area or ideas of a simpler fix please?

I am about to attempt this, I notice that the bolts are quite long which at first seems to be a bad design (Bailey Pegasus 4) however there is an advantage to this as you are able to Lock 2 more nuts underneath, after cleaning the thread, this allows you to use a spanner on the locked nuts then to free the retaining nut under the floor with a second spanner, if the thread is very dirty use a cutting oil and a Die to clean the thread, a psuedo die can be made from a nut which you have cut a slot in internaly, using a junior hacksaw or small triangular file.
