AA Silver Card scam hikes up the price

Hi all,

I've just got a renewal notice from the AA informing me that  they are going to increase the cost of my breakdown cover by £70. This will bring it up to £220. I am considering joining the Green Flag breakdown service through the Caravan Club.  For just over
a £100 I can get full cover for two cars and a caravan, can anyone tell me why I should not join Green Flag immediately? It just sounds too good to be true.  I  would appreciate any comments from experienced caravanners.
