Motorhome in winter

Sorry I know this has been discussed somewhere but I cannot find it,This is my first year with a motorhome,I have read about draining all the tanks etc for winter,can I ask another couple of questions,Did I read somewhere that someone suggested putting
anti freeze down the sink,so it runs through the water system.Also when stored in winter do you have a window slightly open so as to circulate fresh air through the motorhome.We will be using the motorhome probably every fortnight during the winter even if
its just for a day out.Does anyone reccomend anything else I might need to do during the cold season.......thanks in advance
