I love Amazon when ordering my books on Kindle.  But what I really, really hate is when buying other things, for instance, my new vacuum cleaner solely for our caravan, that it says: 1. Its in stock, and 2. 2-3 days delivery, when its got a date of actual
delivery when you've ordered it, it will be with you 2-3 weeks later - when I'm actually away
