Ryanair admin costs

Whilst staying for the weekend at Buxton, I was listening to the radio when a story was told that a chap had booked a flight with Ryanair, but they had got his name wrong (real name Alan Armstrong, wrong name Adam West (as in Batman), how they got this wrong
I don't know).  Anyway, to change the name the admin cost would be nearly £300.  As Alan didn't want to pay this ridiculous cost, he changed his name by deed poll (free), got a new passport - cost: £103 - problem solved.  I applaud that man. 
There is always an answer to a problem.
