Getting rid of water etiquette?

Hi, we're new to motor homing so wanted to check the correct etiquette for getting rid of clean and grey water at sites where there is no water disposal area. Is it OK just to release the clean water onto the pitch if it's gravel or hard standing? What about
waste grey water? Can you just release it as you drive along the road I.e. wait until you've left the site? Thanks
