Cleaning caravan/cover and awning - tips please.

Hi all, newbie caravaner - only bought on Monday! We've bought an Avondale Dart with Bradcote awning and unknown caravan cover (not been
used for years and stored dirty).

Would love to hear :

- tips on removing the green deposit that collects in the "seams" - didn't want to be too agressive with a power washer. Body of caravan is very clean - just the bits around the awning feed etc let it down.

- tips on cleaning awnings, anything better than a hose on the grass?

- tips on getting the cover back up to clean. Also how do you store your covers during the summer when not in use.
