Mayday question

This morning we were unfortunate enough to pick up a nail in one of the caravan tyres And had to call Mayday. A very pleasant young man responded promptly and sorted us out to allow us to continue on our way.

However he never had a torque wrench to re torque to the correct setting and neither did he have a tyre pressure gauge to check the spare tyre pressure.

Surely it should be expected that as a Green Flag agent they should be carrying these items?  I had to sign an indemnity absolving them of all responsibility and that I would check the torque after 40 miles.  I thought we were paying Green Flag to do a proper job?

Any thoughts or am I expecting too much? BTW I do not carry a torque wrench as due to my issues I probably could not use it anyway.
