Apparently this site is divided into two with no crossing from the one side to the other.  Reception is on the Upper side and disabled facilities and dog walk is on the lower one.

It seems that you need to enter into the upper one as that is where reception is located, but do you have to then turn around again and leave to enter the lower half?
