Available pitches
On logging into the CC website on the front page is a huge headline in red stating "Thousands of pitches available this August".
I wonder if this will send a message to the CC that they are pricing themselves out of the market. As pensioners there is no way we can afford to pay the high prices demanded during the peak season and it appears that the CC have a longer than normal peak
season.
Secondly if you want to book several days this is impossible as the weekend is fully booked. Admittedly I only checked the Warwick site, but it is probably the same for many other sites.
However if if the CC are aware the high prices are putting off a lot of people, I doubt very much if they will do anything about it except to increase the prices to make up the loss.
I am so glad that we prefer CLs or other commercial sites.
